Copy of complaints sent to STIB
STIB - Société des transports intercommunaux de Bruxelles,
Bonjour/Hi,
I would like to make a request under Freedom of Information rules to Stib, for a copy of all complaints or comments, submitted by members of the public, related to the metro service, metro stations, or trams, between 1st August and 28th October 2024.
This request would only be for the text of the complaints, and not to include details of the person making the complaint or comment.
