En vertu du Code wallon du Logement et de l'Habitat durable, en ses articles 7 et 8, il est précisé que vous devez tenir à jour une liste de tous les arrêtés d'inhabitabilité pris par votre commune avec les dates de début et de fin, ainsi que les précisions pour les arrêtés qui auraient créé un avis d'expulsion (par ménage pour chaque arrêté).
Vous devez disposer de ces informations sous forme de document : "Le bourgmestre informe le Gouvernement des mesures qu'il a prises", y compris les délais d'interdiction qui font partie de cette information. L'article 8 précise que "l'administration communale tient à jour une liste des logements interdits d'accès ou déclarés inhabitables".
En fonction de l'article 32 de la Constitution belge, qui reconnaît le caractère public de ces documents, j'aimerais obtenir par voie numérique ces listings de 2019 à ce jour.
